•  This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 31^st December 2023 until further notice (the "Promotional Period"). We reserve the right to cancel or amend at any time.
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and our General Terms and Conditions.
• To participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must make an Eligible Deposit (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.

Players must:

1. be 18 years of age or older;
2. be a new player at www.partypoker.de.

(an "Eligible Player")

• An Eligible Deposit is a real money deposit that meets the following requirements:

1. is made within the Promotional Period;
2. it is a minimum of 10 € made in one transaction (installment deposits do not qualify).

mechanics

• If an Eligible Player makes an Eligible Deposit (as defined above) during the Promotional Period, they will be credited with a pending bonus equal to 100% of their Eligible Deposit up to a maximum of 200 € (“the Deposit Bonus”); plus 20 € worth of tickets.
• The Deposit Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Player's account automatically upon a successful Eligible Deposit.
• Bonus type: "restricted release": Deposit Bonus funds are pending and will be visible in the account section, but will not be available to play with until the loyalty points requirements (as set out below) are met and the bonus funds are released.
• The pending Deposit Bonus will be released to a player in increments of 10% of the Deposit Bonus amount as the player accumulates 10% of Total Loyalty Points (as defined below).
• The tickets will be credited within 24 hours .

Terms and Conditions 100% up to 200 € bonus

• To release the full amount of the Deposit Bonus, the player must accumulate 5x the amount of the Deposit Bonus in Loyalty Points ("Total Loyalty Points").
• Total Loyalty Points must be accumulated within 30 days of the Eligible Deposit date (the “Time Limit”).
• Each time a player accumulates 10% of the total Loyalty Points required, he will receive a 10% share of the Deposit Bonus.

For example:

• Player A makes an Eligible Deposit of 20 € and receives a pending Deposit Bonus of 20 € .
• To release the full amount of the Deposit Bonus (20 €), Player A must accumulate 5 x 20 € Loyalty Points = 100 (Total Loyalty Points) within 30 days from the Eligible Deposit date.
• As Player A accumulates 10% of the total Loyalty Points required (i.e. 10 Loyalty Points), 10% of the Deposit Bonus (2 €) is released
• A player earns 1 point for every $1 (or currency equivalent) in poker rake.
• Loyalty Points can only be accumulated in poker.
• The player will forfeit any portions of the Deposit Bonus that are not cleared within the Time Limit.
• Each portion of the Cleared Deposit Bonus will be credited in cash to the Eligible Player's account automatically once the player reaches the Loyalty Points requirement.

Terms and Conditions for 20 € Tickets

When an Eligible Player makes an Eligible Deposit to the Site on any day during the Promotional Period, their account will be credited with a package of $22 in Free Game Tickets as follows:

• 1 Spins ticket of 5 $
• 1 Spins ticket of 3 $
• 2 Spins tickets of 1 $
• 4 Spins tickets of 0,25 $
• 1 Multi Table Tourament ticket of 5,50 $
• 1 Multi Table Tourament ticket of 3,30 $
• 1 Multi Table Tourament ticket of 2,20 $

Spins and MTT Ticket Terms and Conditions 

Tickets awarded as part of this promotion:

• will be credited to an Eligible Player's account automatically each day for a period of six days from the date the Eligible Deposit is made;
• will allow entry into Spins and/or Multi-Table Tournaments. Details will be specified on the tickets themselves, which can be found in the "My Tickets" section of the website in the Eligible Player's account.
• will expire after 30 days after the ticket has been issued.
• cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
• are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General

• Where an amount of money is noted in this promotion ("Promotional Amount"), and there is a requirement for that Promotional Amount to be converted from the advertised currency to your account currency, then this will be subject to the exchange rates offered by us on the time of conversion.
• You can track your bonuses in the bonus section of your account.
• You can withdraw your cash funds at any time before Total Loyalty Points have been generated, this means that you will forfeit any Deposit Bonus increments that have not yet been credited to your account.
• Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
• We reserve the right to change, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
